5:00pm workout: warm up (5mins), High Intensity Cardio for woman (10 min), Power sculpt for woman (10min), Cool down (5min)

6:00pm Big ole Chicken breast, broccoli, 1 LC corn Muffin
Big glass of ice green tea!

9:00 Mock Bagel
