8:00am 2 LC breakfast taco's
2 glasses of water
vitamins: 1000 mg of C, 4000mg of fish oil, 1000mg of Calcium, 400mg Magnesium, and my one a day Maximum.
10:00am whey protein drink
10:30am workout: warm up (5min) Power sculpt for woman (10min), Cool down (5min)
2 glasses of water
12:15 LC tuna wrap
1/4 of a whey protein bar I made without the nuts
3:00pm the rest of the bar
6:00 pork chop, 1 LC corn Muffin, green beans
8:00 I did cheat and had a ice cream sandwich, I know I am bad.
9:30 pm. Feeling really bad about eating that ice cream sandwich so I did a workout: warm up (5min), Cardio (25 min), Boot Camp with free weights (20 min), Cool Down (20 min). (Biggest Loser DVD)2 glasses of water!! I think I worked it off..lol
Note: Today was pretty good.
