7:30 am 2 eggs cooked in butter with cheese.
1 Breakfast beef patty
1 LC yogurt
1 protein bar ( I added the protein bar to my breakfast because I was feeling a little weak this morning, I know its because its that time of month but I am hoping the extra protein will help.)
2 glasses of water
vitamins: 1000 mg of C, 4000mg of fish oil, 1000mg of Calcium, 400mg Magnesium, and my one a day Maximum.
9:00am workout: warm up (5mins), High Intensity Cardio for woman (10 min), Power sculpt for woman (10min), Cool down (5min)
and I am drinking my water now and I feel so much better!!
11:30 bacon cheese burger with lettuce, tomato, and blue cheese dressing !! (no bun)
3 glasses of ice tea
1:30 pm Workout: warm up (5min), Cardio (25 min), Boot Camp with free weights (20 min), Cool Down (20 min). (Biggest Loser DVD)
2 glasses of water!!
5:00pm Fish, asparagus, Homestyle LowCarb Hush Puppies
2 glasses of water
1/4 cup of Chocolate Pumpkin Ice Cream
1 cup of hot tea
7:00pm workout: warm up (5min), High intensity cardio for woman (10min), Power sculpt for woman (10min), cool down (5min).
2glasses of water
Note: I kicked butt Biggest Loser style today!! LOL
