11:45 am 2 eggs cook in butter
1 Beef Breakfast patty
2 glasses of water
vitamins: 1000 mg of C, 4000mg of fish oil, 1000mg of Calcium, 400mg Magnesium, and my one a day Maximum.
2:30 pm LC tuna wrap
2 glasses of water
4:30pm workout: warm up (5mins), High Intensity Cardio for woman (10 min), Power sculpt for woman (10min), Cool down (5min)

5:30pm 2 pork chops and 1 cup of Broccoli
2 glasses of water
8:30 pm , Feeling really weak, I had one beef breakfast patty with about 1 tsp of cream cheese

9:30 pm Hubby and I went on our 1 1/2 mile power walk

Note: I did very well today. I have been hearing that a person should workout before eating so I thought I would try that today. Most of the time I try and workout 45 mins to an hour and a half before I workout, but if anymore time than that passes by I will have a protein drink or a snack before my workout. While anyways I gave it a try. I was so weak!! I had a hard time with my workout today. Needless to say I want be trying this again...lol
