2 eggs cooked in butter
2 breakfast beef patties
1 LC yogurt
1 glass of water
vitamins: 1000 mg of C, 4000mg of fish oil, 1000mg of Calcium, 400mg Magnesium, and my one a day Maximum.
Then we were off to the Doctors
12:45 back home,
2 sausage links
2 glasses of water
and its nap time.
3:00pm protein bar
8:00pm two chicken breast
water
Notes: today was a very busy day. We were sharing one car today...
