11:00 am 2 Cleochatra's Low-Carb Donuts
2 Breakfast Beef Patties
2 glasses of water
vitamins: 1000 mg of C, 4000mg of fish oil, 1000mg of Calcium, 400mg Magnesium, and my one a day Maximum.
1:30 pm Workout: warm up (5min), Cardio (25 min), Boot Camp with free weights (20 min), Cool Down (20 min). (Biggest Loser DVD)
2 glasses of water!!
3:00 pm Jalapeno Turkey Beef Burgers
1 glass of water
4:00pm 1/2 cup of Chocolate Pumpkin Ice Cream
1 glass of water
1 cup of hot green tea
7:30 pm small protein bar and water
8:30pm We went on our mile and half power walk.

Note: I ate some sweats today but they were low carb and it was sunday. hehe. I dont eat them everyday. I got my workouts in today and I am ready for bed!! LOL
