8:00am 2 Beef patties and cream cheese
1 glass of water
vitamins: 1000 mg of C, 4000mg of fish oil, 1000mg of Calcium, 400mg Magnesium, and my one a day Maximum.
12:00 LC tuna wrap with lettuce and tomato. and a small protein bar
2 glasses of water
I am not going to work out any today. My body needs a break before I break!! LOL
3:00 Home made protein bar
5:30 chicken , 2 of my homestyle muffins, asparagus
2 glasses of water
8:00 pm cup of hot tea
Note: I am so worn out!!LOL from last week. the only thing I did today was dishes and a few loads of laundry. lol.. and I also had a 2 hour nap today!! woohoo!! Back to kicking butt tomorrow.
