May 30 2008

9:45am Mock Danish !! it was so good
1 Beef breakfast patty
2 glasses of water
vitamins: 1000 mg of C, 4000mg of fish oil, 1000mg of Calcium, 400mg Magnesium, and my one a day Maximum.


10:45 workout: warm up (5min), Cardio (25 min), Boot Camp with free weights (20 min), Cool Down (20 min). (Biggest Loser DVD)
2 glasses of water


12:30 LC tuna wrap
2 glasses of water


5:00 Buffalo chicken nugguts (homemade, no flour),
1 LC Corn muffin
1/2 cup of brocoli
2 glasses of water


10:00pm My Mock Bagel (two beef Breakfast patties with cream cheese)
1 glass of water

Note: Today was good. I did get very hungry tonight but over all a good day.
