9:45am protein drink, JayRobb's whey Protein ,Chocolate,

10:30 to 12:30,, workout at the gym
water water water

1:30 cube steak with some cream cheese
water water water

5pm ground meat with kale
water water water

Note: I am so worn out!! ready for bed..lol hard day.
