Monday Aug 25 2008

7:30am, mock bagel, 2 eggs
water and all my pills

10:00 pepperoni slices with some cream cheese
water

12:00 cube steak topped with cream cheese and cooked kale
water water

2:30 sugar free jello
water

5pm cooked up hamburger meat with kale and a little cream cheese.

Note,, today was rest day, no workout. As you can see I have been eating kale everyday,, lol,, and cream cheese,, its just what I bought for this week. It will change next week.
