7:30: Mock bagel (2sausage patties with 1 oz of cream cheese)

10:00am 1 High fiber and protein metabolic reset shake

10:45 to Noon,, gym.. I was kinda weak today. I think I am fixing to start my monthly...

1:30 ,, Hamburger patty, lettuce, tomato, mayo, yummy!!

5:00 pm,, salad and a leftover patty.
