Sat Aug 23 2008

9am chopped steak, cheese, sour cream
water, all pills

9:45 until 11:30 : gym. worked my butt off

12:00 pepperoni slices with some cream cheese (my take on lowcarb cheese and crackers)

We went shopping and stuff so we really ran out of time to have a real lunch.

4:30 1 hamburger patty with cheese and mayo and about 1 cup of kale.
