10:30: I had a great workout today.. I was at the gym for an hour!!
1pm lunch we went to some kind of buffet! It was nasty.. still trying to find good places to eat here in Tucson. I had a salad, green beans, broccil, chicken breast. 1 diet coke, 1 cup of coffee (the coffe was awesome)
6pm, We had chicken and broccil
