Another late start!!
11:00 3 eggs cooked in butter, 2 sauage patties

12:30 protien drink
1:00 workout time,, gym started my couch to 5k and did some weight lifting
2:00 I did 2 Biggest loser DVD workouts,, High Cardo and Boot Camp

4:30 big Steak and a big kale salad,, yummy

Note: it felt great to get back to my workouts!!
