I notice that once I stopped blogging my menu everyday I slowly started blowing my low carb lifestyle! So I am back!!!!
10am, steak and 3 eggs! It was so good
1 glass of tea
1 glass of water
and all my pills
1pm about a cup of lettuce with some no carb - no sugar salad dressing topped with a hamburger patties with some no carb-no sugar BBQ sauce!! it was yummy
2 glasses of water
5pm cube steak and 2 cups of broccoli
1 glass of tea
had a glass of water
7pm we went to gym and worked out. 15mins on treadmill, and 15 mins on weights.
Water water water.
