5:30 I had 4 slim jims and water..LOL. I know its not a sound dinner but I did not want to cook tonight!!

10:30 I spent a hour at the gym.. I had problems breathing so I was not able to complete my 5K training today.. ?? not sure what was going on with me today

1:00 workout time,, gym started my couch to 5k and did some weight lifting
2:00 I did 2 Biggest loser DVD workouts,, High Cardo and Boot Camp

4:30 big Steak and a big kale salad,, yummy

Note: it felt great to get back to my workouts!!
