8am 3 eggs and sauage

10:00 protien drink
10:30 to 12:30 the gym. I had a great workout today. Feeling better!!

1:00pm steak and kale

3pm protien drink

5:30 I had 4 slim jims and water..LOL. I know its not a sound dinner but I did not want to cook tonight!!
